Hank - July 2019 - Dog of the Month!

A hearty congratulations to Hank, our July 2019 Dog of the Month!

Hank came to Oregon as part of the “Second Chance” adoption program from California after being found as a puppy and returned once for being “difficult”.

Hank became part of the Prendergast Clan by fluke; they actually were there to visit a different dog! Something about Hank just drew his parents to him, and after meeting him, they knew he was the right Doggo for them! 🖤

Hank is roughly 14 months old, too smart for his own good, loves hikes, belly rubs, puzzles, and top of butt scratches, oh and FOOD. If you have food he’s your BFF! Did he mention he loves food? Hank plays hard and rough but loves his doggy friends at No Bonz, and the staff too.

In a very short amount of time Hank has become one of them more well-behaved of the No Bonz pups and is a favorite among the team members!

Zoe Belle - June 2019 - Dog of the Month!

Congratulations to Zoe Belle, our June 2019 Dog of the Month!

Often called by a few nicknames “Zo” or “Zobee” was born on a farm in Lebanon to a family who grew up with her dad as the family dog, from a litter their dad had with a dog he had as a young adult. Her parents fell in love with this darling little cattle dog at 3 mo old and have never looked back! Now six months old she’s done a few classes and has been coming to No Bonz for daycare a few days a week for the past two months and LOVES it! Zoe’s favorite things are cuddles (especially in the morning), rolling over for every dog or human she meets, squeaky toys, retrieving a ball, nuzzling our family chickens and kitties with her nose, joining her mom on runs, going everywhere and anywhere with us, and just being an all around love bug! We love Zoe’s sweetness, intelligence, and especially the little subtle grunting noise she makes when she’s most happy being petted by peoples:)

Remi - May 2019 - Dog of the Month!

Congratulations to Remi, our May 2019 Dog o the Month!!

Remi is an almost 3 year old lab/pitbull/border-collie mix. Her parents were beyond thrilled when she joined them at 10 weeks old.  Some of Remi's favorite things include: chasing balls, Thousand Acres, and morning cuddles.

Some claims to fame are her floppy ears, handstand pees, and her ability to sing on cue every time the song, Ophelia, is played.  Remi is somewhat of an anxious dog - scared of grocery bags, tape measures, remote controls, and really anything that makes an unexpected noise.  She can be a bit apprehensive meeting new people, so if you see her, please give her a little space and time for her to get to know you.  Once she does, it’s wagging tail and hugs and kisses.  She’s extremely sweet, affectionate, and loyal.

Remi has been going to No Bonz for two years.  She enthusiastically looks forward to seeing her canine and human friends the 3 days a week that she’s here. We love Remi!!

Molly - April 2019 - Dog of the Month!

Congratulations to Molly, our April 2019 Dog of the Month!!

Molly's 2nd birthday is around the corner on May 27th! She was one of six in the first litter for a new breeder in Oregon, Red Timber Ridge Vizslas. Her sweet mom picked her up at only eight weeks old and she never looked back. Although Molly is a vizsla she is all about nap time under a blanket especially after a day full of adventures at daycare.

Molly started going to No Bonz About It at four months old and for the majority of that time she has attended five days a week. No Bonz is her second home. She has adopted the folks there as her own. Her favorite thing to do is to leap into people’s arms without much notice and for them to hold her while she sleeps. It's something that has become quite comedic and her parents have more pictures of Molly being held at daycare than of anything else.

Molly has 3 other important principles: play with anything that squeaks, ball is life, cuddly naps and treats in the form of produce is the spice of life. Molly is sweet, playful, and sensitive. We are so happy to have her with us at No Bonz!!!
